There are many reasons I put up this site. I suppose the best reason would be that Tyrone Malone passed away before his dream of finally having a museum of his trucks was realized. The Trucker's Hall of Fame was to be his legacy. A place where people interested in fast diesel trucks & great showmanship could come pay tribute to all that he had accomplished in his 30 year career..

I don't claim to be a man that knows everything about Tyrone Malone, but I have had the pleasure to work for the man as well as to have the opportunity to travel to Europe with him and the Bandag Racing Team. You could say that I owe him for a lifetime of memories.

This site is non-profit, in fact, it runs in the red. Sure, I could splash it with ad banners or ask for membership dues, but that's not what this site is all about. It's about people sharing my interests, enjoying themselves and contributing to this site. That's what I said ... contribute. I would like you to write me on the Message Board and tell me your feelings and emotions when you hear the name Tyrone Malone, Bandag Retreads or The Trucker's Hall of Fame.
